Key Responsibilities Include:
- Grow your client base by prospecting within our existing client relationships, your network and your community
- Provide trusted advice about the right life insurance products to protect against risk and provide peace of mind
- Deliver personalized, ongoing insurance solutions to help clients work toward their investment and retirement goals
- Develop and maintain strong client relationships through excellent service and regular reviews
Qualifications:
- Licensing is required, but our company accepts trainees to help them get their license if they don’t have one yet
- Minimum 1-2 years of professional sales experience
- Self-motivated, highly driven
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Business development and prospecting skills
- Team player who can work individually
- Continuous learner with a deep interest in client needs
