Called about 12 different issuers that said they were open and the phone just rang and Rang and rang, and nobody picked up. This one it rang twice  and a nice lady picked up and we were done the call in maybe 3 minutes, great service and thanks for actually answering the phone!

There are many SGI motor licence issuers across Regina, but Caleb at Harvard Western on Quance Street stands out as truly exceptional. He is easygoing yet highly knowledgeable, efficient, thorough, and intuitive. He consistently found answers and solutions to my situation, followed through diligently, and went the extra mile. Caleb made my experience transferring so seamless and positive that I wouldn’t think of going anywhere else! His combination of professionalism and genuine care is the best one could hope for.
