What are the available options for purchasing Third Party Liability coverage limits?

When it comes to Third Party Liability coverage, you have the choice between limits of $1,000,000 or $2,000,000. These limits apply to situations where your vehicle is being operated by a licensed individual.

What is Third Party Liability?

Third Party Liability refers to your legal responsibility for any injury caused to others, including your passengers, as well as any damage caused to their property. In the unfortunate event that such incidents occur, the affected parties have the right to file a lawsuit against you, which may also include the costs of defending yourself in court.

Collision Coverage ←

Collision Coverage:

Collision or Upset refers to the direct and accidental loss or damage that occurs when a vehicle collides with another object or experiences an upset. This coverage helps repair or replace your ATV if it’s damaged in an accident, regardless of fault.

Comprehensive Coverage ←

Comprehensive Coverage:

Comprehensive coverage encompasses all perils of direct and accidental loss or damage, excluding those caused by collision with another object or by upset. Some perils listed include fire, hail, theft or vandalism.

Replacement Coverage ←

Did you purchase your unit brand new? Ask our team about which insurers offer replacement coverage for new ATVs. Got Toys, for example, offers this coverage on brand-new units (as long as they are purchased within 120 days from the delivery date of the unit).

A copy of the bill of sale must be provided, and the unit must be insured for 100% of the value, including permanent attachments, modifications, and Saskatchewan taxes.

Storage Coverage ←

When your ATV is parked, theft, vandalism, and other risks still exist, and your home insurance isn’t extended to protect your bike unless you have it specially scheduled.

If you plan on storing your off-road vehicle for any length, it’s essential to have a policy to protect yourself and your bike.
