What to Expect After Filing a Claim

  1. Confirmation Email

    You will receive an email confirmation that your claim has been received.

    Your advisor will contact you within one business day to discuss your claim and guide you through the next steps.

  3. Adjuster Assignment Documentation Review

    Once your claims adjuster is assigned, they will review all submitted information and may request additional documentation if needed (photos, estimates, etc.).

  4. Claim Assessment

    Your claim will be assessed based on the terms of your policy coverage.

  5. Resolution

    Once your claim has been fully processed, you will receive information about the resolution and any applicable payments.
