Key Responsibilities Include:
  • Providing exceptional customer service: This includes answering questions clearly and accurately, addressing concerns promptly and professionally, and exceeding customer expectations in every interaction.
  • Understanding and explaining insurance products: Possessing a solid knowledge of basic motor vehicle insurance offered by SGI, including coverages, exclusions, and limitations, to effectively explain them to customers in a clear and concise manner.
  • Maintaining accurate customer records: Ensuring accurate and up-to-date information in customer accounts, including contact information, taking payments, and communication history.
  • Building positive relationships: Establishing rapport with customers, fostering trust, and proactively identifying their insurance needs to recommend suitable solutions and build long-term relationships.
Qualifications:
  • Strong communication, interpersonal skills and ability to handle inquiries with patience and professionalism.
  • Proficiency in using insurance broker management systems (APPLIED) and other relevant software.
  • Ability to analyze customer issues, research solutions, and provide accurate information.
  • Meticulous attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including active listening and clear explanation of complex information.
  • Ability to identify customer needs and recommend appropriate insurance solutions while maintaining ethical practices.
  • Willingness to learn new things, stay updated on industry changes, and adapt to evolving technologies.
