Key Responsibilities
Client Services
- Answer incoming phone calls, emails, and in-person inquiries professionally and efficiently
- Process policy payments and basic transactions
- Assist clients with basic motor vehicle insurance offered by SGI
- Provide information about insurance products and services
Administrative Support
- Process policy changes, payments, and basic transactions
- Maintain accurate client records and documentation
- Prepare and send correspondence to clients
- Assist with office organization and filing systems
