Key Responsibilities:

Advise clients on appropriate personal insurance coverage options
Develop and maintain client relationships through exceptional service
Analyze clients’ personal risks and recommend suitable insurance solutions
Prepare quotes, process policy changes, and assist with claims
Stay current with personal insurance products, industry trends, and regulations

Qualifications:

Level 1 Insurance License required (higher levels preferred)
Experience in personal insurance is preferred but not required
Strong communication and relationship-building skills
Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
Customer-focused mindset with sales aptitude
Proficiency with insurance software and Microsoft Office

Key Responsibilities:

Respond to client inquiries via phone, email, and in person

Provide information about insurance products and services
Maintain accurate client records
Support licensed brokers with administrative tasks

Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent
Previous customer service experience preferred
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Basic computer proficiency
Attention to detail and organizational abilities
Interest in pursuing insurance licensing is an asset
